Temecula Valley and Northern Nevada were also named a Top General Hospital and Henderson Hospital was named as a Top Teaching Hospital. These Top Hospital awards are widely acknowledged as one of the most competitive awards American hospitals can receive.

“Having eight hospitals receive an ‘A’ grade recognizes their achievements in protecting patients from harm and providing safer healthcare,” said Marvin Pember, President of the Acute Care Division. “It is great recognition that we have three hospitals also named to the Top Hospital category as there were more than 2,200 hospitals that were considered for the awards. Congratulations to Temecula and NNMC for being 2 of only 29 hospitals honored and Henderson for being 1 of only 48 hospitals recognized.”
